UNHAS and Monash University are working on the research program Revitalising Informal Settlements and their Environments (RISE). Together with Makassar City, UNHAS researchers and 12 communities in Makassar, we are designing water and sanitation infrastructure to improve health and wellbeing in informal settlements.
Yesterday we launched part 3 of the RISE documentary The intervention: nature-based solutions, which has a strong focus on our Makassar researchers and communities.
