The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) and Murdoch University was held regarding the collaboration that encouraged the advancement of international understanding, dissemination of learning, and strengthening of cultural bonds. The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Eng. Adi Maulana ST., M.Phil. (Vice-Rector for Partnership, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Business) together with Martin Anda, Ph.D. (Murdoch University) Australia.
The activity occurred in the UNHAS Hotel and Convention Room, Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, on Tuesday, July 15, 2023. The signing was also attended by Ansariadi, S.KM., M.Sc.PH., Ph.D. (Director of Partnerships), Dr. Ir. Chairul Paotonan, ST., MT. (Head of Marine Engineering Study Program) as well as UNHAS official leaders and lecturers.
The scope of cooperation that would be carried out includes student and lecturer exchanges, research, and research training. The activity took place smoothly and continued with discussions on implementing future collaborations.
