UNHAS, KONEKSI, and ALMI Strengthen Collaboration Ahead of KIMI & IAYSF 2025

The International Office (IO) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS), together with the Knowledge Partnership Platform Indonesia–Australia (KONEKSI) and the Academy of Indonesian Young Scientists (ALMI), continues to move forward with preparations for two upcoming major events — the 4th National Congress of Indonesian Young Scientists (KIMI) and the 1st Indonesia–Australia Young Scientists Forum (IAYSF). A coordination meeting was held on Thursday, 16 October 2025, at 10 a.m. (WIB) to discuss technical and logistical details.

The virtual meeting brought together representatives from each institution. From KONEKSI were Marilyn Metta, Indry Octaviani, Sorang Saragih, and Betanti Ridho Sari. ALMI was represented by Lilis and Dr. Grandprix Thomryes Marth Kadja, while the UNHAS IO team was represented by Muhammad Ridwan, M.A., Nasrah, M.Hum., Kumara Tungga Dewa, S.S., and Cahya Aulia Ramadhani, S.I.Kom. The discussion focused on ensuring smooth coordination and successful implementation of both the national and international events.

Before the online coordination, an in-person meeting had taken place at the UNHAS Hotel and Convention Center on Saturday, 11 October 2025. The meeting was attended by Dr. Grandprix, Prof. Firzan Nainu, and the IO team members to directly review the facilities that will be used in December. The visit served as a venue assessment to ensure that all arrangements would meet the needs of participants
