Guest Lecture on Advanced Endodontic Technology of Primary Teeth for Pediatric Dentistry Residents, UNHAS

The Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) successfully conducted a Guest Lecture for resident students of Pediatric Dentistry on Thursday, February 6, from 08:30 to 12:00. The academic session featured Dr. Amol Patil, Associate Professor at M.A. Rangoonwala Dental College & Hospital, Pune, India, as the invited speaker.

Dr. Amol Patil delivered a comprehensive lecture entitled “New & Updated Technology in Endodontics for Primary Teeth.” The lecture highlighted recent advancements and innovations in endodontic treatment for primary teeth, including updated instruments, materials, and clinical techniques that aim to improve treatment outcomes and efficiency in pediatric dental care. The session provided valuable insights into evidence-based practices and the integration of modern technology into daily clinical settings.

The guest lecture was moderated by drg. Andi Sri Permatasari, Sp.KGA, who facilitated an engaging and interactive discussion throughout the session. Participants actively took part in the question-and-answer segment, allowing for in-depth exploration of clinical challenges and practical applications related to pediatric endodontics.

The event was attended by faculty members from the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, including the Head of the Dental Specialist Residency Program of Pediatric Dentistry Prof. Dr. drg., Fajriani, MS., Sp.
