Department of Geology, Faculty of Engineering of Hasanuddin University, visited Singapore to discuss Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of cooperation with Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS), Asian School of the Environment, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, on Monday (14/11). NTU is one of the leading public universities in Singapore, ranked 12th in the QS World University Rankings 2022.
Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, ST. MT, IPM, in his remarks, said that the Faculty of Engineering always encourages all study programs to expand collaborations with international partners. The visit was an implementation of the Faculty of Engineering International Partnership Network Model Development Program launched by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Isran. On the same occasion, Associate. Prof. San-Ho Yun appreciated the International Partnership Network Program of the Faculty of Engineering Unhas and was willing to collaborate on research and join international conferences.
This cooperation is a great opportunity for the development of the Faculty of Engineering study program. Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS), Asian School of the Environment, NTU Singapore opens joint research opportunities with Hasanuddin University, especially in the field of Remote Sensing. NTU is ready to support Remote Sensing mapping technology and the products of maps developed by EOS, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
