The International Office (IO) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS), represented by Muhammad Ridwan, M.A., Secretary of IO, delivered a session on Introduction to Hasanuddin University for students participating in the Six University Indonesia Japan Initiative (SUIJI) program. The session took place during their field trip to the Regency of Polewali Mandar (POLMAN), West Sulawesi. Also joining the session were students from Okayama University, Japan, who are currently undertaking an inbound program in Makassar. SUIJI is a consortium in which UNHAS is an active member, fostering collaboration between Indonesian and Japanese universities.

Mr. Ridwan opened the session with an engaging icebreaker, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere. This approach helped energize the participants and set a positive tone for the presentation. He then introduced the profile of UNHAS, covering its history, achievements, campuses, rankings, and statistical highlights. The session provided the students with valuable insights into UNHAS and its role in international academic collaboration.

Concluding his presentation, Mr. Ridwan expressed his gratitude to the SUIJI team for inviting the IO to be part of this learning journey. He emphasized the significance of such initiatives in strengthening academic and cultural exchange between Indonesia and Japan.
