The Hasanuddin University research grant is a research grant given to lecturers in the Hasanuddin University. The purpose of this grant program is to encourage the research activities of lecturers in fulfilling the lecturer’s activities related to research and improving the university’s reputation in the field of research. The grant funds come from Hasanuddin university’s income funds and the government fund. It is expected that the research results from this grant can be published in reputable international journals so that they can promote Hasanuddin University to become World Class University.


The selection of Hasanuddin University’s research grant proposal for 2019 funding was opened in December 2018 by the Hasanuddin University Research and Community Service Institution (LP2M). The incoming proposals are in accordance with the determined research schemes: Beginner Lecturer Research, Hasanuddin University Basic Research, Hasanuddin University Applied Research, Hasanuddin University Research and Development, Academic Advisor Lecturer Research, and Hasanuddin University Featured Research. The selection process was carried out in two stages: desk evaluation and oral presentation. Proposals that pass the desk evaluation were entitled to take part in the oral presentation to present their research proposals to internal reviewers.


The successful teams to receive the Hasanuddin University research grant was announced on February 21, 2019. Six research teams from the Faculty of Nursing were managed to get the research grants
